  3.    An accelerator board is a hardware enhancement to your PC or XT
  4.    system that plugs into an empty slot on the motherboard of your
  5.    computer. Accelerator boards built around 80286 will boost the
  6.    speed of your system by 200 to 500 percent, and 80386 boards can
  7.    add as much as 1000 percent.  The following is a list of some
